Delivery on the first day arranged was a total mess up, and I had to cancel it due to delivery not going to meet the time stated. Had to reschedule for another day, which was a bit inconvenient for both me and the guy the car was being picked up from. On the re arrange day was totally fine, pick up on the agreed time and delivered on time. Just was the first attempt that really let me down when I had everything arranged and stated the time needed right from the start of quoting.

Completed job as instructed. Kept in the loop as to arrival time. What more could you ask for.
