A polite, expert service, Terry was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He arrived on time, explained how he was going to do to load my car onto the truck and then swiftly executed the process. My JCW Mini sits very low, so Terry needed extra care to avoid problems and damage to the car's front or rear. However, he did an excellent job loading up the Mini and even dropped me a courtesy call when he arrived at the Mini Garage and safely offloaded my car. Warmly recommend him to everyone who ends up with a broken-down vehicle.
